In Jujutsu Kaisen Manga Chapter 105, the brutal battle between Yuji Itadori and Choso rages on. After being struck by one of Choso’s devastating blood attacks, Yuji momentarily faces the grim thought of dying. However, he quickly steels his resolve, transforming his fear into cursed energy to push through the pain. Driven by his determination to help save Satoru Gojo, Yuji accepts the risk of death and commits to continuing the fight.
At the same time, Choso takes a moment to assess the damage he’s suffered. Despite Yuji landing only three solid blows, those strikes have left Choso moderately injured — far more than he expected from a human opponent. Realizing that his earlier tactics won’t work a second time, Choso decides to escalate the fight.
To do so, he hardens his blood, increasing both the speed and impact of his attacks. Though this risks thrombosis from his own technique, Choso deems it a necessary gamble, now viewing Yuji as a threat too dangerous to underestimate.
