In Jujutsu Kaisen Manga Chapter 117, a battered and exhausted Megumi Fushiguro staggers away from the bloodthirsty Haruta Shigemo. Despite his injuries, Megumi begins to explain the intricate workings of the Ten Shadows Technique, a powerful hereditary technique passed down within the Zenin Clan.
He reveals that when a sorcerer inherits the technique, they start with two Divine Dogs. From there, they can gradually summon up to ten shikigami by exorcising each one in battle with the help of their existing shikigami.
