The intensity of the Culling Game escalates as Megumi Fushiguro finds himself surrounded by multiple opponents: Reggie Star, Iori Hazenoki, Remi, and the returning Chizuru Hari.
The confrontation begins with Hazenoki launching an explosive attack by hurling one of his own detached eyes, which detonates on impact. Megumi evades the blast just in time but is forced onto the defensive.
Remi attempts to attack Megumi using her cursed technique — a scorpion-like hair stinger — but Megumi quickly overpowers her. He warns her of Reggie’s manipulative nature, pointing out that she’s merely a pawn to be discarded when convenient. Despite his warning, when Megumi turns his back, Remi stabs him, begging him to protect her — a desperate, self-serving plea that only reinforces her manipulative character.
Meanwhile, Hazenoki and Reggie coordinate a powerful combo attack: Hazenoki throws his explosive teeth while Reggie uses gasoline-soaked receipts as fuel for a massive fireball-like detonation. Though severely wounded, Megumi narrowly avoids the brunt of the attack by taking cover.
Adding to the chaos, Chizuru Hari — who had previously been knocked off a building by Megumi — reenters the fray, turning the confrontation into a dangerous four-on-one battle against Megumi.
